10. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDIT

10.1. Returns and exchanges are governed by the ROJIA Returns & Exchanges Policy published on the website.

10.2. ROJIA currently accepts returns only for eligible and verified manufacturing defects, subject to the conditions specified in the Returns & Exchanges Policy.

10.3. Eligible manufacturing-defect claims must generally be raised within 7 days of delivery.

10.4. Products must meet the applicable eligibility requirements, including being unused, unwashed and accompanied by original tags and packaging where applicable.

10.5. Approved returns may be resolved through store credit, subject to the applicable policy and legal requirements.

10.6. One exchange may be offered per eligible order, subject to product availability and the applicable Returns & Exchanges Policy.

11. ORDER CANCELLATION
