Refund policy

At ROJIA, every piece is quality-checked before it leaves our studio. Returns are accepted only for verified manufacturing defects, on orders delivered within India, and must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after this window cannot be accepted.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with its original tags and packaging. To begin a return, write to us at support@rojia.in with your order number and photographs of the concern; our team will confirm the next steps within 1–2 business days.

Approved returns are issued as Store Credit only, once the item has passed quality inspection — we are currently unable to refund to the original payment method.

One exchange is offered per order, subject to stock availability; sale items are not eligible for exchange. Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, and approved cancellations are also issued as Store Credit.
